CPIA's Director Will Chapman understands how dynamic investing in property can be and as an active property investor knows the importance of making well educated decisions.

With a background in commercial and residential lending, Will started investing in property soon after leaving school. He spent a number of years in Third Party, Private and Business Banking and has dealt with a myriad of investment and mortgage lending strategies.

"As the first Property Investment Adviser in this country to complete the Deakin University qualification, I've put together a frame work to advise retail investors looking for direct investment into the real estate market, be it Residential, Commercial or Industrial", says Will.

Property ownership is definitely a passion of Will's and something he looks forward to helping his clients achieve.
